Moral Values, Social Justice, and Equity
ARDP’s commitment to moral values and social justice underpins all its programs. The organization seeks to create a society where fairness, compassion, and equity are central to development efforts. The strategic directions under this program include:
Advocate for leadership grounded in integrity, accountability, and fairness. Support initiatives that combat corruption and prioritize ethical decision-making in public and private institutions.
Focus on reducing disparities in access to resources, education, and healthcare. Advocate for policies that ensure equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or socio-economic status.
Develop targeted interventions for marginalized groups, including women, children, and people with disabilities. Ensure that development programs address their specific needs and challenges.
Support access to justice through legal aid programs and the establishment of community-based justice systems. Work with policymakers to enact laws that protect human rights and ensure accountability for abuses.
